Ass. Professor Schikora, from the University of Paderborn, Germany, is professor of biophysics, inventor and developer of medical "Laserneedles", and author of the book "Laserneedle Acupuncture- Science and Practice" together with Prof.G.Litscher, Med.Univ. of Graz.
Professor Schikora is author of 184 original publications in international scientific journals.He is Member of the board of the German-Chinese Research Society for TCM

In 2004, he won the International Research Award of the American Academy of Medical Acupuncture (AAMA) and the Medical Acupuncture Research Foundation (MARF) of the USA.
